For clients

A room that remembers you came back.

The client side is hand-illustrated and a little game-like: quests to try, a character to dress, a world to tend, and a toolbox you can open again later.

My World

Everyone starts with a simple space. Furniture, plants, views, and corners can arrive as you practice. The room is allowed to feel like you. It is not a report card for how you are doing.

My Character

Clothing, accessories, and small details can change as you keep coming back. What you wear in the world is yours to shape. It is not a measure of progress.

Quests

A quest names a skill, lets you try it, asks what you noticed, and can leave you with something for your world or toolbox. When it is right, there is room to say “something else” so a therapist can see how you were thinking.

My Toolbox

Skill items stay nearby after a quest. Open one and it tells you what it is for, when it might help, and how to practice it again.

  • Calm Bottle

A bottle you can open when you need a slower breath.

  • Thought Cloud

A cloud for a thought you do not have to hold so tightly.

  • Momentum Seed

A seed for one small next step.

  • Focus Beats

A little rhythm for coming back to the present.

  • Communication Card

A card for saying something clearly, including a boundary.

  • Problem-Solving Toolbox

A box of steps when a problem feels too big.

  • Worry Buddy

A companion you can sit with when worry is loud.

Rewards and the journal

XP, MindCare Coins, and Skill Tokens recognize participation, exploration, learning, and practice. They are not taken away because a day was hard. Private journal pages stay private. Shared pages are marked before a therapist can see them.

  • Rewards

Coins and tokens can open cosmetic pieces of the world. They do not score a mood.

  • Journal

Write privately, or mark a page as visible to your therapist before you submit it.

  • Progress

What you keep is about showing up and practicing — not about never struggling.
