For therapists

You choose what opens.

The clinician side is calmer and more structured: assign a quest, look at what someone tried, sit in an activity together, and keep some doors closed until you say so.

Assign, unlock, and keep a door closed.

Browse a quest library, assign a specific activity or skill, and unlock clinician-controlled content when the timing is right. Prerequisites can exist without forcing every therapist through one pathway. You can still choose a different path.

Our approach

Review what was actually tried.

Completion, skill practice, and reflections can come back into session so you are not starting from a blank week. The journal stays explicit: private pages stay private. Shared pages are marked before you see them.

Use it in the hour you are sitting together.

In Therapy Session Mode, you can start an activity and the client can join the same interactive work in real time — in person or over telehealth. Afterward, you can assign related independent practice.

  • Learn with a therapist
  • Practice together
  • Unlock independent practice
  • Practice between sessions
  • Review in therapy

Three access levels

Not every door opens by itself. You decide what is open, assigned, or still with you.

  • Open

Independent use when it is appropriate: breathing, grounding, previously learned coping, journaling, and world or character customization.

  • Therapist assigned

The client can open an activity because you assigned it. Completion and responses can come back into the next session.

  • Clinician controlled

Access needs authorization, assignment, or a prerequisite. This covers advanced or sensitive material and treatment-pathway content.
