Questions

Straight answers, without a sales deck.

If you are a therapist, a practice, or someone following the work, these are the questions people usually arrive with.

Does MindCare+ replace a therapist?

No. MindCare+ carries skill-building into the rest of the week. A therapist stays in the work: assigning, reviewing, unlocking, and practicing together when that is useful.

Can I log in here?

This is the public website. It does not create a client or therapist account, and the contact form is not a clinical record. Please do not send health information through it.

Who is it for?

MindCare+ is built first for MindCare’s own clinical work. The same platform can serve other therapists, practices, and organizations. Clients use a world, character, quests, and toolbox. Therapists keep structured control.

What is a quest?

A quest is a short, skill-focused activity — not a test. It names the skill, lets someone try it, asks what they noticed, and can leave something for the world or toolbox. When it is right, there is room to say “something else.”

What is My World?

Everyone starts with a simple space. Furniture, plants, views, and corners can arrive as someone practices. The room is allowed to feel like them. It is not a report card for how they are doing.

How do rewards work?

XP, MindCare Coins, and Skill Tokens recognize participation, exploration, learning, and practice. They are not a mental-health score. A hard day does not take away what someone already earned. Harmful behavior is never the thing being scored.

Who sees the journal?

Private pages stay with the client. Shared pages are marked as visible to a therapist before they are submitted. Nothing is quiet about that choice.

What about sensitive material?

Content involving suicide, self-injury, trauma, violence, substance use, and acute distress remains clinician-controlled when it should. Not every door opens by itself.

Is this a game?

The client side is hand-illustrated and a little game-like so practice is worth returning to. The lights stay on: it does not replace therapy, and it does not turn a difficult day into a score.

Still have a question?

Write a short note. The form does not create an account or a clinical record.
