Our approach

The story can change. The bones stay.

Skills, quests, and rewards live as content, not hard-coded into the game. New libraries can arrive later without rebuilding the whole world.

Individualized, not one sequence.

Some doors can wait on others. A therapist can still assign, unlock, lock, or ask for a different path. Clients can see what is coming without walking through it yet.

Rewards stay about practice.

XP, coins, and tokens recognize showing up, exploring, learning, and trying a skill. They are not a mental-health score. Harmful behavior is never the thing being scored, and a hard day does not take away what someone already earned.

  • Participation

Coming back and trying the work can leave something in the world.

  • Not a scoreboard

Progress does not rate how someone is doing on a difficult day.

  • Kept, not revoked

Earned items stay. Struggle is not punished by taking the room apart.

Journal privacy is explicit.

Private pages stay with the client. Shared pages are marked as visible to a therapist before they are submitted. Nothing is quiet about that choice.

Sensitive material stays guided.

Content involving suicide, self-injury, trauma, violence, substance use, and acute distress remains clinician-controlled when it should. The work is for clinical discussion, not spectacle.
